Return & Refund Policy

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
